Working with us affords you the luxury of taking your time in evaluating your purchasing decision. If you were attending the sales on your own or acquiring properties from poorly capitalized “flip artists”, you would find yourself forced to pay for these properties within 24 hours, in cash, in full. As a properly capitalized investment platform, we offer you an environment where you can decide at your own pace if you are interested in purchasing a particular property.

We attend several sales every day and our inventory may change every hour. Because of this, if you’re serious about purchasing a property we suggest you check the site at least twice daily to track changes in our inventory. Desirable properties, especially vacant properties will not last long, so it is important to be committed to checking regularly if you expect to be successful. We will update site information with removals or deletions twice daily, at mid-day and at the close of business.
